Amazon’s spring sale for its Kindle e-books in India is going to be coming to an end in a couple of days. In case you have not heard, the Spring Sale is a period when Amazon offers some Kindle titles at staggeringly low prices. And with the Kindle Store now open in India, the company has offered Kindle users in the country 99 books for  ”less than Rs 100″. In fact, a close look at the prices of the books reveals that they are all priced at the rather odd figure of Rs 78.94. We are not complaining, we are not complaining.

And while we would not exactly go to the extent of saying that each title here is a must have. There are are some very notable books here, including Elizabeth “Eat Pray love” Gilbert’s “Committed”, Hamish McDonald’s controversial “Ambani and Sons”, Khushwant Singh’s “God and Godmen of India” and Karan Thapar’s “More Salt Than Pepper.” Getting any of these titles for less than Rs 100 would be one heck of a bargain. There are others too, but you have just two days to go right ahead and grab them.  You can access the Spring Sale at Kindle’s India store here.
